POSISTION PAPERS DUE ON Wednesday, November 2^rd.

Please send your position papers to your Committee Chair via email by November 2^rd.

Subject line of the email should read:

“[Committee Name]-[Country/Individual] – Position Paper GWCIA XVI”

ex. “DISEC – China – Position Paper GWCIA XVI”

Only one position paper is required per delegation. Therefore, if you are assigned to a double delegation position only one paper is required on behalf of both delegates.

In accordance with GWCIA Conference Policy, in order to be considered for an award a position paper must be submitted to the Chair.

If you have any questions regarding committee topic, material, or procedure, contact your Committee Chair directly.

It is also recommended that delegates print out and bring a copy of their position paper to committee on November 5^th.

The early registration period ends on October 7th. In order to take advantage of early registration fees, your checks and registration form must be postmarked by October 7th. .Any registration forms postmarked on or after October 8th will be assessed regular registration fees. Background guides have now been posted on the individual committee pages. Delegates should use these documents as a starting point for their research. If there are any questions regarding committee related materials, please contact the respective committee chair. Their emails are available on the committee pages. Registration for GWCIA XVI is now open! You can find info for registration at the registration page here or you can access the registration form directly here. Background guides will be posted soon. However, you may contact chairs regarding topics as these have already been solidified. Chair emails can be found under “bodies” pages.
